I am a mother of a 21 year old man who is in the U.S. Navy. I also have a 4-year-old. I live in the state of Oregon with my husband and daughter. I am an avid bird watcher and I love to cook. I recently switched my cooking styles to be healthier. I work full time in the bakery of a local grocery store. I am also enrolled in the degree program at University of Phoenix. Between home, work, family and other activities, I am a very busy person. Other activities would include driving my elderly mother to appointments, bird watching, and I love to work in the yard. I am not happy unless I have dirt on my hands. Yard work is very therapeutic.
